Another Spring Day
I love spring. It was pretty cool this morning, but it really warmed up this afternoon. After music class, I went outside and enjoyed a game of soccer. In case you didn't know, playing soccer with a bunch of 10-12 year old boys is very scary. No, it's not just scary--it's dangerous. Strangely enough, it's even worse than playing football with them. There was a lot more contact in soccer than there ever is in football.
Guess what? My glasses are officially broken in. I smashed them twice, and they fell off my face twice in that rowdy game of soccer.
Once I warmed up there, I was ready to go. I went to band. According to two of my three sources, band was to begin at 5:30. Austin said it started at six, but I foolishly did not believe him because Mrs. F. said to be there at 5:30. So I went and got there at 5:20. One person was there. I helped him get the microphones working and everything (I talked :D), and finally people started showing up at about 5:40. I finally figured out that we were supposed to be there at 5:30 to set everything up and to start rehearsal at 6:15. If I had known that, I wouldn't have left home before 5:30! I couldn't even go to the library because it closed at 5:00. Oh well, it's over.
Somebody called me a (dumb) blonde today. Can you believe that? :D
Who is my conscience?
The end.
